The Girl and the Sea Turtle is a children performance about a girl and a sea turtle who are borned on the same beach the same night and become fiends. Their lives are interwoven, they´re both upset with how people destroys the oceans, and they decide to travel through the sea on a trip ful of adventure, music, dance and muysterious aquatic animals, to find out more about the situation.
The performance is made by Teater Albatross, and my role in it whas creative performer and co-costume designer. It premiered in November 2012 and is still played around in Sweden. In 2014 the performance won the price for best scenography/costumes at the international theater festival Smolenskjj Ark in Russia.
